I drink it as it is good for me but do not like the taste! I get round this by liquidising it with organic cumin seeds, watercress and spouting broccoli It has changed it into a delicious drink.

Have used them for four months and seen no improvements in anything. The health “experts” who advise just keep getting you to purchase more of their products because “obviously” only their products are good; they use pre-formulated script to respond to customers in the chat (anyone can do that!)
I won’t give up on them yet but, tbh, without improvement of any symptoms, not worth the cost (IMO very expensive!)

The chuckling goats have been sending me Kefir for many years and I truly believe it is a great product. The service is spot on and should you want to delay or pause for any reason it is all very easy to do.
Highly recommended

I bought the goats milk kefir. Honestly it smells and tastes like vomit. Absolutely awful, very off putting unless you are very determined. It's not possible to get children to drink it.

I have only recently been introduced to the Chuckling Goat products by a friend. Being lactose intolerance and suffering from oesophagitis and gastritis at last I have found something to help my digestive system. I cannot praise it enough. Thank you to The Chuckling Goat’s.

I started using Chuckling Goat Kefir a year ago after a really bad bout of sickness bug. After a few months of taking the kefir in a smoothie as I couldn’t take it on its own it’s like sour milk so I add blueberries and bananas chai seeds and flaxseeds and coconut water for my breakfast every morning I started to feel stronger and no tummy pain. I have lived with a slow transit bowel for 30 years in and out of hospital for bowel blockage but after almost a year on kefir I have normal bowel movement with no pain and now discharged from the gastrointestinal doctors. To top it all this product has not only changed my life but the company’s ethos and the service and staff are outstanding nothing is too much trouble and honestly and quality is there mantra. If I could give them a higher rating then I would. All I ask is that as they grow please don’t change
