Not only do they look good they are good

Till a year ago, I never heard of your product since then I’ve ordered two different types of cables and I’m very impressed. I’m impressed only by the quality of the product but also after service won’t be my last time ordering chubby cables well done.

I’m giving a partial review on the product orders

I’m giving a partial review in consideration of only receiving one item that I’ve ordered. The IPhone 17 pro case that I’ve received looks good besides the scratches on the camera cover lense. So I’m now waiting on the 2nd case that I haven’t received yet and hopefully it won’t have any scratches or defects on it if it does get to me. Chubby Cable should review the contents before shipping to make sure that customers are satisfied and happy with the product they have ordered. Customer service does return a response back in great timely manner but remember that customer satisfaction first comes with receiving the merchandise purchased in a brand new manner.

Hi Lazaro, I’d like to explain the “scratches” you noticed on the camera cover of the phone case.
There is actually a protective plastic film on the camera cover that is used to protect the case during shipping.
Once you peel off this protective film, the surface underneath will be clean and smooth — the scratches you’re seeing are only on the film, not on the actual product.

Amazing customer service!

I’ve read about Chubbycable for a while now and it was always on my list to consider whenever one of my charging cables died. I wasn’t going to get one until then because honestly how fun is buying a charging cable in the scheme of things? But the day came when I asked myself why I was waiting until I was in a situation before I fixed it with the known solution, so I hopped online and ordered a 2-in-1 charging cable so I could replace another cable as well, but I ordered one without changing which type of connector I needed.
I was so upset and figured there was no way an email to customer service could fix my mistake before it got shipped out. I was pretty much convinced I would get an email back saying some automated system already processed my order but I could mail back the wrong cable and order again- but how wrong was I!
I got a very prompt email from a Shirley in customer service who set all my worries to rest and provided a link to the correct cable setup I should have picked and offered to switch everything around and get it taken care of with no problems. Was I impressed!
Fast professional and friendly service from a company I’ve never dealt with before! It was such a pleasant experience!
I’m looking forward to getting my cable soon, and I’ve already started shopping for other cables around the house I want to replace as well, including a few for my grown daughter who is always having issues with inferior made replacement cables she picks up from here or there.
Chubbycables is going to be our families choice from now own!

Support came through.

Support came through even though their operations backbone is struggling. No replacement accessories available for purchase for the product i ordered. Which i think is an operational mistake... but support came up with a solution and handled it professionally. Great Team.

Damaged replacement

First product came damaged. Contacted Chubbycable and the response back was quick. A couple of pictures of the shipping damage and they had the new one on its way. Great communication along with great customer service!!

I ordered a case for my phone on December 15 and today is January 10 and yet I have not received the case I don’t recommend this company to no one I understand sometimes there are shipping problem but not this bad if you want to take care of the problem they have expedite another case and make it worth my while

Took a very long time to get here

Took a very long time to get here. I ordered a 17 pro max case with the camera cover price was right but the quality of the product wasn’t. Took weeks to get here, and I spoke with customer service who “switched my shipping to priority two day shipping” but still took over 2-3 weeks.
