40th birthday gift stolen - €3,150 blocked by Chrono24 despite French Police investigation
I bought a €3,150 watch on Chrono24 on April 12th for my 40th birthday. The package was stolen by the carrier (UPS), who forged my signature.
The French National Police officially came to my house and checked the CCTV footage: they confirmed NO driver ever came. The investigating police officer even provided his official French Government email address to Chrono24 Legal Department to confirm the fraud.
Despite this official police intervention, Chrono24 is still blocking my €3,150 and refuses to refund me, asking for "more time". I am a new mother in postpartum, exhausted by this financial and psychological nightmare. Chrono24 protect the scammers, not the buyers. Order ID: TC-12648277
