I can't access an AD easily so went with Chronext. The sales rep was very responsive and courteous. For shipping, after the package was handed from DG to Fedex, it went dark for four days until tracking was updated (so that could have been better). The watch came with the strap slightly creased, and there is no Nomos envelope in the leather case (although the dealer-signed warranty card is present). The watch itself has been ticking within COSC tolerance after 2 weeks. I am very happy with it. In the end, these are all acceptable risks for the price discount on the supposedly new watch, but you should be aware of them going in.

Tried selling my Breitling watch. Long story short: did send my watch to Chronext, didnt receive any updates so mailed them a couple of times and always the same answer: 'thanks for your patience, well let you know when inspection is done'. Waited for a month now and asked them to return my watch. Curious to find out how long thats gonna take....never again

Perfect Chronext service, from order to delivery by FedEx. Announced deadlines respected. New watch in perfect condition, still with the factory protections. Correct redemption of a previous Cartier watch for the purchase of the Zenith watch.

Initially my experience started well with an online purchase and a small wait (as the watch was coming from Germany). Unfortunately when the watch arrived, it was not as pictured (damage on the hands not shown in the photos online). I reached out to Chronext who offered to return the watch and replace the hands.
This is not something they could do in the UK and insisted the watch go back to Germany. I packed the watch as I received it, with all packaging, boxes and paperwork before sending it off using their postage service. The watch was repaired and following a long delay, requiring daily chasing from myself, the watch finally arrived in mid August (3-4 weeks after the repair was completed). Chronext offered limited support during this period.
Once I received the watch, it was poorly packaged in an old display case and flimsy cardboard box. After raising concerns and being promised replacement case and box I am still yet to receive my items back.

Bought a watch that was supposed to be shipped within 3 weeks and took over 6 weeks to get informed that they still didn't have it in store. 6.4K I could have use meanwhile, beside the disappointment of not getting it.
