Loved the location but the apartment was slightly dingy. And i had to get the room cleaned again. But service was decent and the staff are friendly.

Very disappointed. We had a family vacation scheduled for this property and our flight had a travel advisory which made rescheduling difficult. We attempted to contact the hotel by phone and had a hard time with communication. The person my fiance talked to asked her to contact them through WhatsApp. We did, and did not get a reply. We also emailed multiple times without response. I was called by a Rome international code phone number while driving but could not answer since hands free was not connected. There was no voicemail left to know who called so I am not sure if it was this hotel or an attraction I had booked. I also emailed after a few days to see if they would reschedule my dates since I rescheduled my flight to Rome for the fall season but again, nothing. I need to book a hotel still for fall but very nervous about this place. I hope my experience is an anomaly and not how they operate normally. Due to my nature of business I travel very frequently and have never had such a rough time with a hotel experience. Dr. J

Just as presented in the photos, our room was really clean. The staff is really friendly and thoughtful, location also really good, close to Termini's station. Definitely recommend. ^^

Realy clean Apt. The staff was very helpfull and kind. The breakfast is at an traditional Italian café downstairs. Had a good cup of cappuccino each day and a teasty croissant.
I would recommend this place.

The bus to the hote comes every 30 minutes. For the rooms, you can ear when your neighbour is just speaking and the breakfast is very limited. One coffee, no more.

The location of this apartment was amazing it’s right in the middle of everything and easy to walk to all of Rome’s best attractions. The nearby square is always full of people and a great place to hang out. The reason we didn’t rate this higher was because the inside of the apartment was dark and had an unpleasant (musty) smell to it. There were also bugs in the shower and the sheets didn’t feel clean.

Lovely place, fantastic location, with good shops, restaurant and cafes all around. Public transportation with different options all close by. The staff was very nice, even helped us with the booking of taxi to the airport.
And with the added value of a communal small kitchen!

Our stay at the chromaexy was amazing. The place is very beautiful, clean, very close to the metro station which made our travels very easy.
Definitely in the future we will be revisiting it again !! Chris siamo
