No shipment, No support - Stay Away!

I ordered sunglasses on their website, easy process, nice models, instant payment. 6 weeks, 2 unanswered calls, and 2 ignored mails to support later - I STILL haven't received my sunglasses or any information on package tracking, if it was ever shipped. Very bad user experience, and (until now) a scam of 80 EUR - unfortunate, since I quite like the sunglasses model!

Quality product

Great pair of sunglasses that came well packaged. The glasses are well made and great value for money. Just right for me without covering half your face.

Ordered for holiday a few weeks ahead…

Ordered for holiday a few weeks ahead and did not arrive I emailed before leaving for a update or help no response,I emailed again few days later and still no response item is stuck in royalmail and I have had mo help from either side

I didn't get the sunglasses I ordered

I didn't get the sunglasses I ordered, they just never arrived. Customer support was not helpful they just said we will refund you when they are sent back but no intention to do anything else or offer a solution. Glasses looked nice but quite an underwhelming selling experience.

When a sale isn’t a sale

Seeing a Black-friday-only offer, being replaced by a 50% off everything offer with the text “when these items sell out we want restock..” which also is a lie, leaves me with a bad feeling as a customer.

Still haven't received my sunglasses

I have waited for a month and my sunglasses have still not arrived. On the tracking app it said they were held up in customs for a while. Now it says they are at a service point for collection - but where is this service point? I have emailed Christopher Cloos Customer Service twice and had no response. I have bought products from them before and just spent £180 on new items that have not been delivered.

This is probably a prime example on how to kill your own reputation. Asking someone that has NOTHING positive to say about this business. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS!

My Paloma glasses fell off of my face.

My Paloma glasses fell off of my face while walking into a bakery. Everyone was laughing, me too, which was fine. But Paying ~100 EUR for these for this kind of quality – never again. Now trying to glue the right-side bow back to the main piece, since the support team didn't want to provide any replacement.

They look good though. But stay away, since we cannot support companies who scam us by selling low cost sunglasses for 100 EUR.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered sunglasses on June 12 2022 and I am still waiting for them!

Worst customer service they don't answer and when they do they lie. They even sent me a fake shipping label!!!!!!

I didn't even know if it was worth writing a review a year after but I don't want people to be ripped off. I don't even know how someone like Tom Brady was associated with this scam of a company!

Poor after care and follow up

Sunglasses arrived around 10 days after I ordered them. I have send two emails with queries since I ordered but not had a response to either email. Reading other reviews poor after care and follow up seem to be a common theme. I was going to order another pair in a different style but I don’t think I will now.
