Perfect tree / delivery worked well and tree is lasting well

Quick delivery, tree was well wrapped and protected and arrived in perfect health...

The tree arrived and was pretty ugly. Not a pyramid shape, full on the bottom coming to a point, but more cylinder shaped. It was also already browning, so dry.
We cut off some of the bottom and soaked in water for ages and it looked a bit better. Still an ugly shape.
We kept it in a cool room, near a window and not near any radiators. And, even though it was in water it just got drier and drier.
Today it's Christmas Eve and about 30% of its needles, maybe more, are on the ground and it is pretty brown so not safe. I can't put my presents under it as if I touch it now loads of needles fall off causing the decorations to slide off.
We'll all stay away from it so we can turn the lights on and open our gifts near it tomorrow then take it down on boxing day.
Very disappointing. I should have listened to my husband and bought a new one, locally, the day it arrived. We will do that next year.
On the other hand, the wreath is lovely and still looks great.

Will buy again next year. The tree is lovely It arrived well packed. I did initially order the wrong size and the business emailed me straight back and altering it was not a problem. I know we could have bought a similar tree for less elsewhere but we needed delivery.

Lovely well made came quickly

As a surprise, I ordered a Poinsettia and Christmas cactus to be delivered to my daughter-in-law in the U.K. (I'm in the U.S.) Package was delivered quickly, both plants looked great, and it was an easy transaction. Very pleased with the results.

Paid extra for pot cover, too small for tree. Company wrote back saying they didn’t have any pot covers to match the potted trees they were selling.

Two main items for this rating of a three. Also first time ordering on-line.

1) Our tree should have arrived on Dec 18th, but did not arrive until Dec 22nd. To be fair after I sent an email on Friday asking the status - I did get a response on Dec 21.
2) The tree is very asymmetrical and not one I would have selected if I had cut it myself.

Would be 5* as a great service but the tree is not of the highest quality considering the price and it’s dropping needles like I have never seen before

A brilliant price for a lovely little 2 - 3ft rooted tree. It come in a nice enough gold, plastic pot, but, as I wanted to put it by my front door, I re-potted in a bigger, heavier pot.
Delivery was quick and the tree was well packaged.
A great company to deal with.

It was quick and easy to order the tree on line - and it was delivered on a few days. The tree Ostwald is lovely, but the delivery driver was rude and unfriendly - O complained to the company and had a lovely email apology. When I opened the box, the pot with the tree in was absolutely coated in dried mud- and the red outer pot O paid £10 for was grubby and cheap looking. I’m not sure if I would use the company again
