I worked alongside Chad Jackson (Hotel Team) in the sale of commercial property, and I found him to practical, pro-active and professional in his approach. Chad kept me updated and worked in collaboration with me on the transaction, which helped facilitate the legal side. I used Christie for brokering the sale of my dental practice. Initially used one of Christies competitors and my experience with them was very disappointing who promised much but delivered little in 6 month and made me doubt if my business actually had any market value at all or not and I was left chasing the agent all the time. Then I moved to Christie and Cathy came in and the entire ball game just changed. Cathy brought 5 potential buyers within a span of 3 weeks and I got 2 asking price offers straight away.
