We believe property should always feel personal. Whether you are selling, buying, letting or renting, our aim is to make the process as straightforward, well-managed and enjoyable as possible. We combine traditional estate agency values with modern, high-quality marketing, honest advice and a genuinely hands-on service. Our property marketing includes professional HDR photography, aerial photography, detailed floorplans, carefully written property descriptions and extensive online exposure through the leading property portals and social media. We accompany viewings seven days a week and provide regular, honest feedback throughout the process. As a small independent business, our clients deal directly with people who know their property, understand their circumstances and care about achieving the right result. We pride ourselves on being approachable, responsive and available when our clients need us. Our sales service is offered on a no sale, no fee basis, with no lengthy tie-in period. We also provide a fully managed lettings service for landlords, alongside tenant-find and property management options. Much of our business comes through recommendations and repeat clients, which means a great deal to us. We had a great experience with Christian Benjamin

We had a great experience with Christian Benjamin from start to finish. Christian and Liz were a pleasure to deal with throughout – always friendly, approachable and easy to get hold of. They made the whole process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. The negotiation at the end was handled well, and we really appreciated their advice, professionalism and persistence in getting a sale agreed. Genuinely lovely people who were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We'd have no hesitation in recommending Christian Benjamin to anyone looking to sell their home. Fingers crossed for a steady route to completion!

I recently purchased a lodge at Hoburne…

I recently purchased a lodge at Hoburne Cotswolds through Dan, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Purchasing a holiday home was a significant investment for me and my family, so choosing the right person to guide us through the process was really important. From the very beginning, Dan was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right lodge rather than simply making a sale.

His communication was excellent throughout, and he made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. He was always approachable, honest, and happy to answer any questions, giving us complete confidence every step of the way.

Dan went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, and his friendly, personal approach made what could have been a daunting decision an enjoyable experience.

Renting

All of the people that I spoke with were friendly and communicative about the property I was thinking of renting. Details for the viewing were clear and helpful.
Prompt reply to my initial enquiry and further communication indicated how they value the clients they represent and the prospective buyers/renters. I would certainly recommend them for selling or renting a property.

Long term tenancy

Christian Benjamin property managed my tenancy at a property in Cirencester for 13 years. It was the best period of renting a home that I have experienced- the agency was always professional, friendly and available when I needed anything. I was highly satisfied with the line of communication that they provided between the landlord and I. Would definitely recommend!

Totally trust this man and his staff

Totally trust this man and his staff. When I bought this property it had been on the market for 2 and a half years! The previous agents had basically not pushed it at all. I saw it quite by chance. I needed to sell after a year and chose Christian Benjamin. I liked the personal and caring touch Christian provided. He took beautiful pictures and had a new buyer within a week! That sale fell through half way unfortunately but Christian reassured me it was a property that would sell. Lo and behold a new buyer within a week! I’ve exchanged now and will be moving in a week. Christian has kept me informed and reassured throughout. His assistant Liz has been a pleasure to deal with too. They are a fantastic small business who give you a more personal yet professional service. I would recommend them highly. Thank you Christian and Liz. I am starstruck. Well done. Thank you.
