Dårlig service v returnering!!

Bestilte en kjole, pæn på billedet, men da den kom var den en billig sag !! Stoffet grimt og kvalitet dårlig.
Skrev til firma at jeg vil returnere og ha penge tilbage.
Fik at vide at “udsalgsvarer” ikke kan returneres ifølge deres salgspolitik og fik tilbud 20% afslag i stedet.
Har kigget alle deres vedhæftede dokumenter igennem og ingen steder står der noget. Og kjolen var ikke på udsalg mig bekendt…..
Nu svarer de ikke længere, når jeg skriver til dem!!!

Værste sted at handle.
Meget lang leveringstid, og meget dyrt at returnere da varen skal sendes til udlandet.
