Ordered two sweatshirts for a Xmas present on 7/12. Order acknowledged and delivery date 10-14/12 sent by email.
Nothing more from the company until 17/12 when I got a refund into my credit card for one of the items.
No explanation as to what had happened or why.
I contacted the company, got an email back saying item out of stock so they had refunded.
The other item eventually arrived at the recipient’s address but very poor communication left me feeling the company dealing with logistics for Chris Packham was very poor and left me unwilling to use this company again. I left a comment on FB about all this on Chris Packham page but had no reply.

Very late delivery, took ages to process order. I ordered it in plenty of time for a birthday but by the time it was processed and arrived it was very late. I expected more ordering from such a big names website. Very disappointing and won't use again

Disappointing, arrived very late and despite contacting company got no response. When arrived T shirt of disappointing quality, image not well printed and fabric very thin, sizing on the small size
