Really happy with the service I received - fantastic products and great attention to detail.
- Meticulously packaged
- Individually packed in biodegradable bags, nice eco-friendly touch
- Instructions with every tool
- The tools come pre-lubricated with lemon oil so that any residue that ends up on the guitar won't harm or stain it
- Beautifully crafted oak and beech handled tools that look amazing on the shelf in my workshop
- They responded over a weekend to answer a list of questions I had, giving me advice and the confidence to buy the tools I needed.

Fret Dressing file
I needed to dress the ends of the frets on the fingerboard of my Telecaster; due to contraction of the neck the fret ends protruded slightly which was uncomfortable, The tool provided by Chris Alsop is perfect for the job and comes with accessories to protect the fingerboard and polish up the job. Recommended.
