Ordered a bass October 2022. After 9 months of waiting, I have no bass, and no indication that I will ever receive one. I'm out $900 and I can't even get the company to reply to my emails. Don't waste your time.
My brother in law ordered a bass from them early last year and has yet to receive it. It taken me several days for Stephen Chown (owner) to answer his phone and when I requested a refund on his behalf, he told me to be patient and there was a supply issue from India. Alas I waited a further 3 months and still nothing. I rang again, and again it taken me several days to get through. By this point I only wanted a refund and he texted me a picture of him “refunding” the amount owed. Fast forward 2 more months and he’s blocked my phone and the refund has not arrived. Turns out the company has been dissolved and he still sells products on his website. I will be taking legal action. Stay clear of this scam artist.
