An automatic renewal was initiated and the cost hit my credit card. I decided that I did not want to continue with Chordify and asked for a refund and cancelation of my subscription. Both things were done promptly and with no extra work/time on my part.
It is a wonderful tool for musicians and I recommend it highly. Just not needed by me anymore.

I've been playing both guitar and piano with Chordify for a few years now, and I'm very happy with it... but in the future, I'd like to try playing songs not only with chords, but also with single notes for each instrument... so I'm hoping you'll upgrade the app.

Henry is my man in the chair. Using an extended monitor juggled my settings to view and Henry sorted it out. The App is truly quite powerful and useful for me. One of the best decisions I made was to subscribe to the full power version of this App.

Chordify is a great and very useful tool for all levels of musician, it is well run and you are never ever pressured into upgrades or even annual subscription.
I should have used the app more often.......I have just signed up for another year at a bumper low rate of £12.00 annually......now that's a bargain!

Yeonjoo at Chordify was prompt and courteous in responding to my question about my account-payment status.

I raised a question as to why my Chordify had ceased working properly and was given very quick response from the team.

Although having meddled with guitar as a youngster I never got anywhere so I really am a very late starter.

Only after I retired did I find chordify. Cant remember when but I am 84 years young now and must have used Chordify for some 10 years or so with layoffs in between for health reasons.

This program encouraged me to be serious about getting started again and I found it ideal being simply a home based leisure player.

Chordify lets me work at my own pace, playing what I like, mainly Country and to be able to play with original tracks, playing suddenly became very enjoyable.

At my age, being a rhythm player is enough but I am sure more advanced and lead players would find Chordify helpfull a well as the many and various facility options within the Chordify program makes learning and playing far more interesting.

I have been very pleased to have found Chordify and thoroughly recommend it as I do the company's support which I have had occasionaly requested and more recently Yeonjoo on the staff has been very helpful indeed.

Finally met Chordify, now subscribed for everything on it.
The most influential point was how these guys constantly improve Chordify, packing it with lots of convenience stuff☺️, to make it more enjoyable.
When contacted, they replied in no time, with personal, professional advice.

Due to personal situation I was not able to use chordify for the moment, so a request for a refund was aproved.
