I had a confusing experience. In the preview video of the presets I bought (bon jovi) they used the song names, but then, the presets have different names. As a newbie in all these it’s not easy to make the connection my self. I asked them for a refund or even advice, and they never answered me back.

I wish they would come with a manual to read the file names correctly but I was able to figure it out myself.

I came looking for great tone, what I got was 5 new amplifier’s, and cabs!!

Everything goes well when downloading and the price is right for the most part.
I like almost all the presets with some exceptions.
I wish they would upgrade to new presets more often
other than that great.

I had an issue with installing the patches under my device.. I sent an email and got a response very quickly which fixed the problem.. plus got a follow up email afterwards great customer service

Choptones are awesome. I had a rehearsal for an AC/DC tribute gig and downloaded the Angus tones for my Headrush. When I got to the rehearsal the Malcolm gut had downloaded the same tones for his Fractal. We both nailed the tones!

Great sounds for the Sonicake Matribox II. Everything is dialled in nicely - I think the mids are removed on the amp and then EQ'd back in, so it really punches through the mix. The biggest tone difference is the IRs, which sound excellent.

Paid the money thinking I was going to receive a package I could put on my machine instead it was something I had to download knowledge about computers and downloads is well above my head as I am 63 years old and have no interest in computers whats so ever. Item was showing that product was boxed

I've purchased alot of these packs and they sound incredible. I used to despise digital modelers because they sounded so thin and fake. These are some thick and creamy sounds all the way to 8 strng brutality. I accidentally messed up a download and within minutes they had reset it and had me going. I highly recommend. Once I figured out the system it was very easy to get the Neural Quad Cortex captures & presets I was looking for. The capture and preset are very well done. I feel like I have those amps in my studio. Thanks and keep them coming.
