I ordered two bags of orchid bark and a large orchid pot for repotting. The packaging was good, with paper inside for protection. Delivery was quick.

I'm a repeat purchaser from CnG but this time I purchased a Monstera Bulbasaur. Jo has grown these from tissue cultures and this isn't something I have the confidence to try myself. When they became available to pre-order I snapped one up. Jo has kept me updated on the plant and the time has come that I have received it. It was packed incredibly well with a heat pack. The plant itself is very healthy and establishing some good looking roots. I messaged Jo to ask a question about watering and she replied promptly with a very helpful response.
I look forward to seeing how it grows.

Jo's customer service is superb, second to none. Through no fault of her own and due to a very busy period there was a plant mix up on one of my many repeat orders, and she was amazing. Ive had lots of gorgeous plants from her now and not only is the quality excellent, I think she is one of best value providers I've used. And I love the Facebook group! Jo has a loyal following which is very well deserved!

CNG also has a great range of pots, plant support, and accessories all at affordable prices.they also do a regular raffle where you have a chance to win a premium plant. There is something for everyone at CNG and the owner, Jo, is so approachable, knowledgeable and always willing to help. I’d recommend CNG to anyone as CNG is a great business, offering great service!

Jo is both a talented grower as well as being diligent and kind. Shipping was diligent and Jo was available to chat via email with any questions. I can't recommend enough and would recommend to everyone.

I just purchased two monstera alba cuttings, one mid cut and one top cut. I expected them to be healthy, as in the photos of the pieces I bought. What arrived were the same pieces, but they had obviously been in water for months, the stems and what root was left on them is rotten. I cut the dead bits off, but the rot goes right through the plant.

I pre ordered a Musa Florida via Chop n Grow and honestly I'm beyond happy! The payment website and payment system was easy to navigate. The order was sent the day they received the plants and delivered within 24hours! It was packaged very well and incredible healthy and happy. I've purchased through them before but not for plants so I have absolutely no qualms on ordering through them in the future. Service is outstanding imo and their prices are very very affordable. A reliable small business. I’ve had several orders; buying small house plants and accessories. Plants have always been healthy and as described on the website.Jo also responds to any queries.

This is the biggest plant purchase that I have ever ordered. It was a complicated order with 5 plants, sphagnum moss, self watering pots and a bottle. 2 of my plants were selected from the Friday sale on the Facebook group, one was selected from the sale on the website. The final 2 plants were won at the Sunday auction. Jo helped me to combine all of my purchases with ease. What is special about the auction for me is that I get the exact plant I see, the bidding adds an element of fun. Everyone in the group is friendly and Jo is there to answer as much as she can. All of those 8 items were shipped safely and in the same box. We gave them all a double check for pests, like we always do. As ALWAYS no bugs were found. On top of all of that Jo put in a few air plants for free. Challenge accepted, they are beautiful. Thank you so much Jo
