Your meat is fantastic. The bacon was way too thick. It will be great to sauté for casseroles and anything that calls for bacon like beef bourguignon, but not a breakfast meat. Flavor is great.

The delivery was to have been btwn 11:30 and 2:30 by VNDR for UPS. I was notified of a delay but that time expied, too. Delivery was 8:32 PM by their notation. Opening the carton, the dry ice was completely evaporated and the meat was partially defrosted. 😕

I really enjoy Chop Box
I really enjoy Chop Box. Their meats are delicious. I would have given them 5 stars, as in the past, but they have cut down the types of cuts available to customers which no longer makes it a one stop one shop for me. I have had to find others who sell online to purchase from. Wish they would bring back their full array of cuts!
