Horrible

Got card as a gift, I went to the website then proceeded to type the card number in. After I filled in all the required fields, it said there was an error, so I tried to contact customer care, but it kept saying the call failed. My friend just wasted 30 dollars.

Can't redeem card - no response from chooseyourcard.com

Received card as a gift. Cannot read one number to redeem. Called customer service and they're asking for a receipt. Explained it was a gift. They told me to open a case for it but not to expect anything since i don't have proof of purchase.

Its been two months since i did what they asked and have gotten no response.
