I ordered two cancer awareness necklaces and never received them. After ordering, I received an email confirmation.

After waiting several weeks, I tried contacting the company but did not get any response. I also tried to access the website but was locked out and unable to reset my password.

My biggest disappointment is that I am the cancer survivor and I was really looking forward to wearing these necklaces.

Note, my credit card was not charged for the purchase. But I am concerned that my information is out there in the cloud!

They never shipped my package, even selected expedited shipping. When I sent an email asking if they would send me tracking information, no one responded. I waited 2 days after the time I should have received my package (based on their shipping policy on their website) and sent another email expressing my disappointment and requesting my order be canceled. Never recieved an email back. 2 more days later the charge disappeared from my credit card.. I guess I'll never know if the order never processed or if they canceled my order. Do not order from this company. There are better places to order gifts for your sick loved ones that will actually arrive and provide customer support along the way. This company does not care.

Their shipping policy is that they send your package and don't give you any support, a refund, or replacement if it doesn't arrive.

Good products and choices; very slow shipping with no real concern that your product has arrived or not.

Talking about rip offs,these people beat the band. Their merchandise looks like it was purchased from the Dollar Tree and then sold to the public. Their so called bracelets are mostly rubber bands and the pins are MINUTE. They are so small and cheesy looking. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I ordered wrist bands, pins & key chains to support cancer awareness - They are top quality for a low price....I’m ordering more to hand out to friends & family. They are worth every penny!! Love it all!!
