Great experience. Order came as promised. Only thing is, the presentation was weak. The bag was not expected. I would have expected a box, a display of some kind. Giving this to an extremely important woman, I'm going to have to find a velvet or nice display to present this to her. Other than that. Quality was good. Product was as promised and shipping was direct.

It is so pretty I love my O ring day…
It is so pretty I love my O ring day collar. But on one of the first days when I put it on tight I sneezed and the chain broke. I fixed it myself but if it keeps happening I will send it back for repair. But they have lifetime warranty and the brand is so nice I am hopeful about their product staying on now!
