Ordered 3x large t-shirts - items were too small, sent them back for exchange, received confirmation they had arrive and haven’t had an exchange or refund. It’s been 3 weeks, i've emailed 3x now asking what is going on and still nothing?

You’re actions of asking me to email again, publicly, gives the impression of resolution for anyone reading this which is hilarious to be honest , the reality of my experience is you’re a totally incompetent and criminal company whom steal from their customers and then go dark other than trying to protect your company image on a public site.

To be CLEAR ( AGAIN) : I am still missing items I have PAID FOR, and this has not been resolved despite following your processes to the book exactly.

If you are genuinely looking to fix this, please respond to the existing email threads already sent and provide a clear resolution (either the missing item or a refund). Very simple

At the moment, your generic and outright offensive responses to protect your company from being portrayed as the joke it is really do not help anyone.

Very poor customer service

Missed my return by one day. A 14 day return for me isn’t good it should be 30 day. Missed it by one day and was told I can’t return, no option of store credit or anything just told I need to keep the items. Very poor customer service

I bought the wrong size

I bought the wrong size, I ordered a new pair because I needed the item for holiday. Just to find out I would only receive a CREDIT NOTE for my original order. In 2026 when most shopping is online, this is ridiculous

The reason why im giving 3 stars is because at last I did recieve my order and I do like my tracksuits, the only issue I have is i email them but you can never get a response back, I feel like the only time im able to grab their attention is when I leave a review which is not a good look, can you please respond back to my email and with all due respect please fix your customer service is so bad
