From the moment I placed my order, everything was seamless. I have ordered many times in the past and they never disappoint.The delivery was super fast, which honestly impressed me, and the customer service was amazing, really friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout.
The quality of the clothing is incredible ,you can genuinely feel the attention to detail in every piece. The fit is perfect, the materials are premium, and the styles are effortlessly on trend without sacrificing comfort.

Items failed to dissatisfy me
I recently bought a few pieces of clothes from your website that I never came across at all, until it came on my fyp, there were many good variety of things that I’ve chosen then ordered it, later then it came and I was genuinely impressed from the moment I tried them on. The material felt breathable, comfy and soft. It fitted me perfectly, honestly the best outfits I’ve ever worn. I’d definitely recommend anyone buying from here, you won’t be disappointed.

Terrible Customer Service
Ordered 7 items, 2 I needed to exchange for a different size and 1 I needed to return. Returns accepted within 14 days I tried on the 13th day and it said I was out of the returns period. Contacted Choixx via email to which they agreed it was within the 14 day period and to let them know which items to exchange and return. It has been 4 weeks with no response including 3 follow up emails with no response at all. Shocking customer service, I’m now left with 2 t shirts that don’t fit and 1 I don’t like, rip off company which is a shame as the clothes are quite good, won’t be using them again.

I wouldn’t purchase from this company again. Requesting a refund and the reply was it was a sale item. Most of their items are sale items. Poor quality and poor customer service.

Incomplete order, ignored for weeks – No resolution
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been extremely frustrating.
I received my order (#206101) with a missing item (Mercerised Luxe T-Shirt – White, Size M). I contacted customer service immediately and was simply asking for the missing item to be sent out.
Instead:
My initial message was ignored
I was asked for photos (which do not prove a missing item)
I then completed and returned a formal declaration form as requested
Since submitting that, I have been completely ignored
This has now been ongoing for over six weeks weeks, despite me fully complying with their process.
At no point was I even pushing for a refund, I just wanted the item I had paid for. Instead, I’ve been left chasing this with no resolution.
At this stage, I am now having to escalate this through my payment provider.
It’s disappointing because the clothing itself is actually quite nice, but customer service is where a company proves its reliability and in this case, it has been very poor.
At the end of all this, I am still left without an item from my order that I paid for.
If something goes wrong with your order, be prepared to chase repeatedly with no resolution.
