I have been taking my CBT's with Choice Bike Training for 6 years now(once every 2 years as required) and every time, Johnny has been great. Very clam and patient and explains everything perfectly. I then decided to go for my full bike licence, and was trained by Michael and Ben. Both were brilliant and made it any enjoyable experience. Last but certainly not least, I have to mention Kelly in the office, she was exceptional at the coordination and talking me through it all. Great firm, great result!! Highly recommend.

My son and I both did our CBT together and we couldn’t have asked for a better service. Johnny was very helpful and made the day enjoyable and helped us through all the way.
We are now looking to go back to do our full license with choice training.

Ben the instructor was excellent in his explanations on the course elements, required skills and overall teaching.
Can’t recommend him enough.

Choice Bike Training is a professional company operated by Ben and Michael, who are very experienced motorcycle enthusiasts. They pass on their knowledge to their students in a way that makes it pleasurable to learn and improve. One of them accompanies the students on the day of the tests, including some last minute practice on the way to the test centre. Tests are arranged through their office, so the whole experience is as smooth as possible.

At the start of my learning experience, I was unsure which level of licence I wanted to achieve but was guided in the direction of the full A licence and I was able to pass the Mod 2 test at my first attempt. I recommend this company for any level of learner.

The place was clean tidy and everything was well presented. Bikes were in good condition and best of all the instructor Johnny was excellent. Took time to explain everything, was thoughtful and thorough in his job.

Not sure if this is their official page but I’d like to say that I had great time doing my CBT with Choice Bike. Ben is a fantastic instructor. He’s engaging, interesting and very knowledgeable. As my first time learning to ride, Ben was was supportive and patient with me which made me enjoy my day more. Thank you, Ben!

What can I say about these guys, Michael & Ben are superstars and Kelly in the office always picks up the phone quickly and was very helpfull. Very laid back approach, extremely knowledgeable and fantastic attitude,
they explain things simply and nothing was too much trouble. I passed my Mod 2 first time thanks to these two absolute Gents...

Such a good CBT training day with Johnny yesterday. Thank you. Really thorough, loads of learns, advice and top tips to grow skills and confidence with riding a scooter. Just brilliant. Johnny was patient, supportive and incredibly thorough to ensure we all stayed safe with the best knowledge possible. Highly recommend..
top tip.. also highly recommend you read and follow the joining instructions… wrong clothes, no codes and ill preparation delayed a start for us all … simply this means less time on the bike to practice, practice, practice!

Excellent experience from start to finish!

Took my CBT with choice and can only say positive things - loads of info given when booking online and in follow up messages to bear that in mind as someone on the course turned up with incorrect clothing even though they would have received the same info as me. Onto the start of the training and the equipment was all clean and well kept. Every phase of the course was engaging and the guys have a great sense of humour! We all got lots of practice in and others on the course had previously done a CBT so we're way ahead but it was good to watch them in order to get better at what I was practicing! I'm glad I was able to go through to the road ride and last part of the training - all in all a long but great day!

Looking into obtaining my bigger licence with these guys as I had so much fun!

If you’re here reading reviews, then you want to know whether Choice Bike is any good.

They are.

I did my CBT with Ben about 18 months ago and when it was time to go through DAS for my full license, I went straight back.

Two weeks ago I passed my Mod 1 with a clean sheet, then about an hour ago, passed my Mod 2 first go … with only a couple of minors. I am proper happy.

You don’t need to keep looking around, they are extremely competent, they know exactly what you need to know and how to train you.

The trainers help put you at ease, explain everything in logical, simple ways that YOU understand and take away doubts or questions you might have had.

The experience just oozes off these guys but they still have a raw enthusiasm for riding and the want to share it with you. After all, the more bikes they can get on the road, the safer it is for all of us out there.

I had my DAS training with Choice Bike. Had an excellent experience with Mike, Ben and Kelly all along. Wonderful team work from all of them..... starting from scheduling sessions & practical test, the riding experience and the friendly conversation during the breaks made the experience exciting and fun.

I used to ride a 125 a long time back, and had to unlearn few rules to ride the big motorbikes.

Ben and Mike gave clear instructions to improve my riding ability, highlighted by faults and techniques to address them.

Scheduling my training sessions was super easy... all I had to do was call Kelly!!! :-)

Would highly recommend you for your DAS training and license.

2 instructors to 3 pupils-

Training felt rushed, not enough time with the basic handling of bike.
Even though new to riding, felt expectations to get around obstacles to be rushed.

2 instructors but only 1 teaching (apparently he was just helping out) therefore when informed 2 of us were not ready to go out on road we had to leave at 12.15pm.

The 3rd pupil had 10 years experience and only renewing his CBT.

So after starting at 8.30am due this other pupil arriving late, we only practised for approx 2.5 hrs due to toilet break & drink break.

Very disappointed at having to leave at 12.15pm when in fact the 2nd instructor could have allowed us to carry on practising regardless of whether we passed today or not.

Course is expensive but states it starts at 8am and approx finishes at 4pm - why could we not have carried on practising??

Sadly would not recommend this company

I had my DAS training with Choice Bike Training.

I loved the idea that if you have some experience riding on 125 on L plates, you can go to the DAS introduction, get your skills evaluated, and may be go directly to your Mod1 and Mod2 tests.

Both of the instructors where really nice guys. The training was exactly what you would expect. It makes sure you are ready for the tests, so you can confidently pass them.

I would gladly recommend this company to anybody who wants to get on two wheels or to remove it's L plates :)
