Lovely present for my nephews little girl after her dad rang the London marathon

I placed my order on Tuesday with the £3.99 delivery. It said two day delivery. However it did not arrive until Monday. Because this was a gift it arrived too late and was ruined. Wish I had ordered elsewhere. I did email them to let them know and I got a fairly dismissive response in my opinion.

The product I bought was the skull chocolate , it was so well made, very heavy and brilliant quality.
It came beautifully packaged (with complimentary buttons) and arrived very quickly.

Looks amazing, the sample buttons tasted so nice. Well packaged and quick delivery.

Brought a selection for Valentines day with some spare Tesco vouchers. The novelty chocs have no flavour. Fun but will only be eaten if no other chocolate can be found for a midnight feast.

I hadn’t heard of this company until porky penguin shared them on their stories and I’m so pleased they did!
Ordered arrived quickly and packaged very well. The chocolate tastes so good! Extremely happy with the products I purchased, I will definitely be ordering more for Easter.

Poor customer service experience,
Ordered after seeing the advert on social media - paid for 1-2 day delivery.

Questioned after 4 days why the item wasn’t with me and given a very unhelpful response - “we despatched it on time” !

Well, even if you did, it’s not with your customer - the reply was very unhelpful and said the parcel was on the way back to the supplier !

So, querying where it is, I get a 2 line reply saying, the parcel is on the way back to us - and no solution, no explanation, no remedy. Appalling customer care.

So, if you are looking for a good service - in my experience you won’t get it with this company because it’s completely failed, so use someone with a better level of customer care if you want a problem free sales experience.

Not recommended and won’t use again.

Extremely sad that the images where not the same as the real thing along with the size. I didn't expect it to be so tiny.
