Phoning was a problem!
Ordering was fairly simple as I have used the website for a number of years.
I had a query about the round truffle cases and rang the number a number to the company but there was no reply and in the end pressed 1 for a return call but no call has come through. I put my order in last friday 28th November .
I have ordered now from elsewhere.

Your order was received Thursday evening and dispatched Friday, on the 3-5 working day Super-Saver delivery option you selected.
We wouldn't expect it to be delivered at the time you left your feedback.
For customers that require their orders in a hurry, we do offer Standard and Next Day delivery options at checkout to also choose from.
