I purchased something from chococloset.com in late 2023 and when i tried to use the "NEW" product it was missing parts. When i called in 2024 no one answers their phone (909-340-9395) after many days of trying and their website is "DOWN" listed "under maintenance" for over one week of trying. This appears to be a scam or they are out of business.

Great prices and when the web site is working properly the product arrives quickly. They do notify you if an item is out of stock and credit your card promptly. My only complaint is that NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!

E-mails are answered in a few days to over a week.

We have only ordered tires and they have not been out of date (have been within just a few months of mfg. date). They have arrived promptly, although sometimes separately, just a few days apart.

I would recommend, however, sometimes placing the order can be a challenge.

2 set 10 ply LT 235 85 16 Atturo truck tires.
3 set 8 ply ST 215 75 14 Transeagle trailer tires.
These transactions went excellent. The seller maintained excellent Commumication until the tires arrived. They have the best prices. Date codes on the tires are current and are not BLEM marked tires. I've found shipping for me usually takes 3-4 days.

Great price on tires, received in perfect condition within 10 days. Only complaint was difficult to track. I was skeptical, so the waiting was torture, but in the end, this was a GREAT purchase!! Thanks chococloset!

Second tire order. Similar to my previous order. My tire order was processed within five days and shipped within ten days. Order arrived promptly and in excellent condition. Thank you Chococloset.

Speed. I was totally surprised how fast they shipped my order of 4 225/65/r-17 tires. That is why I gave them 5 stars.

I purchased a home/office printer (Epson ET-3850) from Chococloset. The package arrived very quickly and in good order. I installed the printer and it works as expected. I recommend Chococloset. They are a good store.

I was very skeptical of the site As i've never heard of it before. turns out This is a wonderful sight for tires And customer service was very helpful and product showed up promptly. I give this site a 10.

GREAT PRICE , FAST SHIPPING , site is LEGIT don't seems like it because they don't answer the phone , i even try to stop the payment with my credit card but the tires came fast , so i'm happy with the prices and i'm ready to order more tires again for my other cars.

What a joke. Ordered 2 tires, got an email that they were shipping, no tracking number, got an email that they were damaged in transit (really, a tire) offered to reship a week later or reimburse. Asked for proof of shipping and now no response.

The customer service people were very careful to make sure that I got the correct product. Ordering was easy, price was incredibly low, prompt shipment (which was free) by FedEx, arrived on time, and the product was exactly as advertised. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommend!

I was EXTREMELY reluctant to buy tires through this company. They had prices significantly lower than other tire companies. I purchased 4 new CUV tires for $550 (after installation). Anywhere else would have cost at least $100-200 more, easily. I thought there name was strange, and was worried about getting scammed...I didn't receive more that the original notification from them that I had ordered. I reached out to them three days after ordering, fearing the worst, and demanded a shipping order (via e-mail). They got back within 24 hours with the shipping information, that they HAD actually already sent the day before...my bad...it was in my "junk" folder...doh! Anyway, the shipping was confirmed with Fed-Ex website, and there was a slight delay, but I received tires today! It took 8 days total from ordering on Sunday to receiving them on the following week, Monday. I am pleased! I promised them if it came through, that I would give a good review here...so here I am. Sometimes the world isn't out to get you! Make your own decision, and do your own research, but I will consider ordering through Chococloset.com again when I need something!

Great service! Ordered my tires on Friday May 12th 2023, they came the next Friday, May 17th! Customer service sent an informational letter regarding time frame expectations the day of the order, and was sending updates throughout the week. Incredibly fast and very convenient! Thank you Chococloset for a great prices and time efficiency!

I was needing tires but just couldn't afford 150 a piece for some..after shopping local tire stores I turned to Google. 😆 ..and just put the size only to search...
I seen these at the most affordable price..took a chance and bought them..with free shipping...i was suprised they were delivered by fed ex to my back door in just 9 days after I placed my order

Ordered $1523.00 worth of tires. They promised the world in multiple emails then after 2 weeks they put money back never shipped with no reason. Big waste of time. Buyer be ware. They do not sell tires. Its fake.
