The incorrect product was sent…
The incorrect product was sent initially. They sent me a returns label which wasn’t useful as I do not have a printer. I managed to find someone to print for me but was really inconvenient. Other than this all communication was helpful. Maybe consider an easier returns process. As this was no fault of my own

Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we are sorry if there was any confusion when generating your return label. When the label is generated Royal Mail send over both a printable version of the label and also a QR code for customers who do not have access to a printer.
To assist in the future should you ever need to use the return portal again, when you fill out your information on the portal and click "create label" you are then be taken to a second page (unless you do want to print the label yourself or arrange a collection you can close the page at this point). Once you have reached that page Royal Mail will automatically send over an email to the email address input on the form with both a QR code and a printable version of the label. You can then choose whichever version is suitable for yourself.

Good quality and great price, delivery delayed
Good quality and great price, but item was significantly delayed with no updates or reason. When we contacted CHO to ask for an update, they were really quick at replying and our order was recieved a couple of days after.

Thank you for your review, we are sorry that there was a delay with Royal Mail.
We are so happy to hear that our team were able to assist you with this, as mentioned in our correspondence with you, on occasion it can take a few days for an item to receive its first scan as with Royal Mail, parcels are not individually scanned when collected from us, they are taken in bulk and then scanned.
On occasion it does take slightly longer for items to receive their first scans as they send items directly to the North West Hub rather than scanning them at our local depot first. We understand that this can cause some confusion and we are glad that you reached out to us!
