I am disputing this charge. I was sent a different product and was gaslit by them saying it was the new, improved and upgraded. When I said I did not want what they sent, they told me they couldn't accept a return because the package had been opened. How would one know it's wrong unless opened? They then changed there terms to include non acceptance of opened package.
