J.V. and his crew were excellent par none. J.V. was so knowledgeable about what my trees were and these good people went above and beyond my expectations! J.V. has an artistic eye for shaping my trees and bushes. So much so the work done is pleasing to the eye and I can hardly wait for the spring. I highly recommend Chinook Arbor Services to anyone!

Jv and Mario from Chinook Arbor Services just left about half an hour ago after finishing cleaning up my Birch and Spruce trees of dead and broken branches on my front yard! They have been absolutely wonderful, not only they did the work quoted, they went beyond that to delivered every request I asked of them! They were very knowledgeable, hard workers, professional, pleasant to communicate with and very patient! I am a 70 years old senior citizen on a fixed income, I got 4 different quotes on this job, this company charged me the half of what other companies quoted! We were looking for a knowledgeable company which had a good reputation and customer service. We got both plus an exceptional result.

Just had Greg perform some desperately needed TLC for our extremely high Swedish Aspen plus the removal of on old maple tree that had refused to grow (my fault). Did an absolutely fantastic job and cleaned up everything so well that no mess left what-so-ever. I would highly recommend Greg for all tree services - would not find any better. Terry T.

Greg has helped us multiple times with our arborist needs and I have recommended him to many of my friends and family members due to the great work he does.

We have multiple fruit trees in our backyard which Greg has helped us maintain, improve and address emergency situations on (i.e dealing with a banana crack on a branch due to heavy fruit yield)

He is very pragmatic, a great communicator and makes great recommendations based off your needs. I would not hesitate to call him and recommend him to any friends or family members for arborist needs.

Contacted Greg to install some roof de-icing cables on my Mother's house.

The work done was exceptional. Greg passed on many photos of the work that he performed, which was very helpful since I live 7 hours away from Calgary.

Greg provided a lot of feedback on why the ice dams are being created on the roof. Looks like next spring we will getting the eavestrough set up properly so they will have a proper slope to them which will help them drain better.

I hired Greg to remove a dead tree and stump in my yard. He was on time..very easy to talk to...charged what he quoted..cleaned up whatever mess was made in my yard,on my driveway and on the road. He went beyond what was expected of him. Gave me great tips on what I should do to clean up some of my other trees.Would highly recommend him.

I had concerns about my trees: my hedge was looking pretty dreadful and I wasn't sure what the problem was, and my spruce trees were taking over my backyard. Greg came over, diagnosed the problem with the hedge and recommended a course of action. He pruned my spruce trees to a more reasonable size. He was very professional, responsive and provided lots of tips for my trees overall.
