However they keep sending me emails to entice a login attempt to a suspended acct.There is no logical way to reach customer service. If eventually you do reach them , your only reply is a bioler plate, email which does not address any issues at hand. Its a scam

This is a very slick scam. I caution anyone who participates in it. The pictures are great but checkout before you signup if you can delete your photos or cancel your account online. You have no control to do these things. Also another giveaway is that there are no stories of happy customers. I spent a wad of cash to directly contact a girl who said she was a dentist. Upon chatting with her via WeChat at length I found that she knew nothing of dentistry. She then said that she was sick with the novel virus and was going to the hospital where she could not use her phone. With in 10 minutes she was back on the site. It is very slick but not real.
Their customer service is a joke as well. They do nothing but respond to your inquiries in a feckless way. It is evident that they are not the least bit interested in idea of a satisfied customer only a paying customer. I strongly recommend avoiding this site.
