Your service seems OK. 1st order.. One big problem is that you seem to have very little in the way of Spare parts.. I buy an airplane and I need something, I can't get it. I can't fly and my investment in the model is worthless..
I have a friend who has been grounded for many months waiting on a part that was promised several months ago. You want to ruin a reputation, your on track. No parts, no straight answers and no more customers ...........

CNHL batteries offer a tremendous price to performance ratio. To the point I cannot see buying competitors batteries - so I don't.

Used cnhl for 8 years now. Ordered 70+ packs over the years . Maybe had 2 over that time with a depleted cell. Look after them and they last. Just wanting a Spencer from them now haha 😄

Fine accus, and fast shipping, 4 days , for delivery, in Denmark, but had hoped, a little more flight time, in my T rex 500, for the motor , only 4 minuts, of motor time , on 6s 3700 mah accus

Bought three identical 6s batteries. They sent me two 6S and one 5S. They refused to send me a replacement. Wanted me to pay for return. Utterly disgusting. Reversed my credit card payment. They lost a lifetime client.

PS: Kate, there are no shipping limitations in Australia. You have a warehouse in Australia, so it would be trivial to send shipping labels or return bags to clients. You simply don't want to do it. Australian law states that CNHL must pay for return postage; you cannot force customers to pay upfront and then reimburse. I also mentioned that I am willing to pay for the return postage myself, but I will leave a negative review—which would be fair. Your support team decided to be spiteful and try to teach me a "lesson" instead - delay my third 6S battery until I return the 5s battery.

CNHL batteries have noticably more power in situations that require rapid discharge rates than other brands I've used with the same mAh and the same C rating. The complete descriptions on the website with dimensions of each battery listed helps to prevent purchasing the wrong item. I would offer some feedback as to what, in my opinion, your company is lacking or areas where you're falling short but in quality, price and buying experience, I don't think there's a better value

High-quality LiPo batteries, stock varies depending on the region, sometimes not easy to find.
