Great service
Really good selection of doors to choose from. The chap that fitted my door was very skilled and lovely to chat too. Fab door which seems to sound out the busy road we live on and has stopped all the drafts.

My door is so beautiful I'm giving 5 stars. Contact, very easy to get hold of the office a nice friendly contact at the end of the phone. Door fitted in an afternoon and again it's such a pretty colour, stunning. Fitters worked well and cleaned up after themselves.

We have had the most amazing service from Chiltern Doors. Lui was so friendly and helpful and never put any pressure on us, unlike other window companies. Our windows and back door were fitted within 4 weeks of us ordering them. Ollie and Lawrence made an excellent job of fitting them. Will definitely recommend to friends and family

We have used Chiltern doors twice now and we have been impressed with them both times. Atom, is incredibly helpful and responds to requests and queries very quickly. The fitting team have been brilliant, working tidily and professionally. They go the extra mile to do the best job possible. We will definitely use them again.

process from start to finish was seamless. From sales rep louis visiting the house, to agreeing and price and placing order and finally the fitting itself of the door. Had a few quotes beforehand before a friend recommended Chiltern door, decided to go ahead initially with Chiltern due due the discretionary effort and the above and beyond service provided. what separated Chiltern from the others was the attention to detail, whereas other reps simple measure and gave a brochure, sales rep spent 2 hrs in the house showing mock ups of how different designs which were were contemplating would look on the house, even called the door fitter down to check if the specific door would be ok to be fitted in my house. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We had all the windows and doors replaced on our property. The service we received from start to finish was excellent.
Harris helped us so much with the whole process, he was very friendly and professional. The composite doors we chose look great and very reasonably priced. I will definitely recommend and I will also use their services in the future.

Had a total of nine different windows (ranging from small pantry to huge bay) in need of replacing, searched for an available and reliable service for a long time. Harris and his team made the long journey all the way from Birmingham, 2.5 hours away, to measure the windows proficiently and just a few weeks later replace all of them in one single day. Finishing of the windows was top notch, especially around the edges, marvellous fitting without any scratches. They cleaned after themselves leaving everything as it was before they started, just with brand new fitted windows!

Had door and frame fitted by the company. From start to finish I liaised with Harris. Very professional work was delivered and excellent communication with him. I can’t fault the work, it was done with a 100% satisfaction. I was able to pay instalments, I would recommend the company.

Placed my new composite front door & 2 side panels order with Chiltern Doors dealt with by Atom. He was prompt in answering all my queries. Always available when I needed to check something, went above & beyond to ensure the door was fitted. Despite a slight delay in door delivery (due to supplier) he constantly chased the supplier for me and ensured everything was completed speedily. The door was also excellent quality and I was pleased by the look of it once it was installed. Overall very pleased by the service I’ve received from Atom.

Just had new front door and frame in blue and two windows replaced , the fitter was excellent and I am.very pleased with the results , Harris kept to his promise on timings of the job and I was kept informed from quote through to instalation, thanks very much

We’ve just had all our windows replaced and a new front door, the price was very reasonable and the service and communication was excellent. The fitting team were efficient and left no mess including hoovering after themselves which was a bonus. Would highly recommend this company.
