Do not touch this company. Bought two watches in Nov 20, so awful sent them back and was promised a refund. They were sent by tracked post on 14th Dec and signed for on the 15th by a C.KENNEDY, up to today 28th Jan21, still no refund I have also sent them the tracking number which shows the signature that received them, I have been robbed of about £46 cannot get any satisfaction and they have also vanished off Facebook, the address sent back to is in the uk.The police are now being informed and given the address.

I received an inaccurate order
I received an inaccurate order. Two separate, different mugs. Only one was what was ordered. I sent information and haven't heard anything about correcting my order. If I received a wrong mug, my correct mug must have gone to a customer who also complained. No where to call and get satisfaction.
