Cheap clothing that does not fit like sizing indicates. They refuse to give refunds when their clothing does not fit and offer a “gift card” when reaching out to customer service. I’ve now wasted $50 because their customer service is so poor!

DO NOT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! CLOTHES ARE AWKWARDLY SOWN LOOK NOTHING LIKE IN PICTURES!!! SUPER CHEAP!!! PLEASE PLEASE REVIEW RETURN POLICY. THEY ONLY GIVE STORE CREDIT! THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A FULL REFUND! UNFORTUNATELY, I DID NOT REALIZE THAT I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

The so called hoodie was a t shirt with a hood. Cheap material not worth what you pay. Read the refund policy because they charge 8 out of your refund plus you only get store credit so I just flushed 50 down the toilet! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I should have looked at their return policy first!!! Cost $8-10 to return (and I live in the same town) and you only get store credit!
The fabric of one of my items was so cheap I swear it could have been bought at family dollar.

Oh where do I start. Firstly; I am a plus size woman. I am 5’6, 240 LBS I am a 44DD, I have back fat, a love handle. I shop at Torrid, Lane Bryant, and sometimes Target and TJ Maxx when they have good items. If you go on to their website and you don’t look like the woman in the pictures, these clothes will NOT fit you. They are at best XXL or a 1X. Their return policy is horrendous. They only offer a store credit. They charge a fee when you return items. Currently I have lost around $60 in return fees. Once again, if you are bigger than the women in their pictures, their clothes will NOT FIT YOU. Save your money and go to Torrid, who are actually true to size. Chic Soul should be shut down for false advertising. It’s a scam.

They used to have cute things, I'm not sure what has happened but quality, designs and service are all down. Returns are at a charge. You do not get your money back even if you return immediately only a credit, at diminished value. I waited and waited and chose carefully and I just got my order on credits and it's crap. crap material. Looks like a tent. I do not want to return and lose more money to try to buy something else that is crap. I have things from years back that are nice designs and nice material. What gives?

Why offer a freebie with an order when you argue with customers about sending it? Had to fight tooth and nail to send me my freebie that your Facebook page and personal email offered! Been shopping for years but NEVER AGAIN!!!

This is a scam!

They are thiefs as they take your money, promise goods that don't get delivered. When you chase them, they don't answer emails and the order link stops working after 30 days.

You can't report a problem with'shop' less than 30 days and can't submit a complaint without a valid URL.

Absolute scam! I'm annoyed I didn't use PayPal as I normally do!

Very cheap clothing. Most items get holes after 1-2 washes. It is not quality and definitely extremely overpriced. They are taking advantage of the plus sized shoppers who desperately want cute clothing. Avoid this online store! Returns are not free no matter what and they will not refund you full price or anything. Just store credit-minus their crazy fee-to purchase more cheap items that won’t last. So sad. I gave it many chances!

Awful service I placed an order in February it has been sat saying ready to ship since then. I have emailed 3 times for some information on my order and when I can expect it and no response. I have tried both email addresses they have online and neither gets a response. Avoid at all cost, dodgy company that are just there to rip people off.

I ordered a pair of white leather boots and they sent me some brown and pink boots.I ask for a refund or send me the correct boots they said sorry but we can only refund you 20% which $12.83.I paid them $73.64.This places is a rip off . Please do not order from this place.This place should be put out of business.

The two sweaters I ordered were two small. Their return policy is only to get a store credit, as if I want to order anything else. And they deduct anywhere from 8 to 11 dollars return fee per item. Stay away from these people. The quality of the sweaters weren't great. They both felt really cheap. Won't be shopping here again, they can keep their stupid store credit.

Ordered a package on Nov 27th today is Dec 9th and my order says it still at there facility waiting to be mailed. Also there return policy is only for a store credit. Ive lost several amounts of money with return fees. This purchase was for a credit i recieved for a store credit. I returned 2 shirts that was poor quality an cheaply made 1 too small one to big.edit today is 12/18 and my package is still sitting in Alabama.

I just ordered two sweaters I absolutely love from this company. I have been ordering clothes here for several years as well. I don't understand the negative reviews. The clothing is nothing like Shein, so do not believe the reviews that say that. If you don't like the return policy, my suggestion would be to read the return policies that are clearly on the website before you order. Don't blame the company or post a bad review for your OWN mistake. Read the descriptions of the products, see how they fit the models, read the size charts, measure yourself, and understand the return policy. Not all the styles are to my liking, but most I absolutely love and the shipping is incredibly quick.

I have been shopping at Chic Soul for a couple of years now. They have a great variety and the pricing is comparable to the majority of online boutiques. Plus they have sales or send out coupons when you order. I am surprised by the negative comments. Their customer service is amazing. I believe the sizing differences is due to the fact that they sell different brands and that happens at all stores.

I somehow missed the return policy. You can only receive store credit. Be careful when you order, I wasn’t!
