Wish I could give them negative stars. Never got my order I ordered back in May. They won't respond to my emails and now it says their email address is invalid. I'm super pissed.

Over $100 I paid for beautiful looking clothes have never got them since May 5th. I cannot get a hold of them I'm pissed and don't know what to do to get my money back. I feel like a fool and would give them a devil emoji instead of a dam star!!!

I ordered a item April 17th a coat to be exact my item never came an I emailed them multiple times an kept getting that my shipment was on the way an it is June 10th I tried emailing again an they no longer have the same email address an my item is no longer there an they canceled my order without telling me..:/ DO NOT ORDER!!!!!! From HERE!!!! SCAM!!!!

This company is nothing but a scam don't purchase anything from them!!! They took my money and never sent me what I paid for!!!!

Poor quality and wrong size product. They are refusing to refund me even though it's in their policy on their website. They're getting away with illegal actions. I wish I could've found these reviews sooner...

Chicshes is is a scam it is the same website as Anafile.com...... there is also one other website. They are all the same company. It is a Chinese skam group. Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!

They don't deserve even one star don't think they are even a legitimate company never recieved the blazer on February still waiting for a refund this company is definitely scam guess I'll never see the blazer or a refund

Chicshes is a scam. I received product that looked nothing like the picture and was smaller than normal. When I requested return information, I received emails from different representatives who did not resolve the problem and would not give me a phone number to call or send me return information. Instead, they kept asking what is wrong with the product. This happened over and over again and then finally I get an email saying that I need to reconsider returning because of the high cost of shipping and I need to keep the product and give to someone as a gift. First, the product is not suitable for me to give to a homeless person- it is crap quality. Second, I asked for return information 5 times and you STILL have not sent it. Chicshes is a SCAM and needs to reconsider their business practices, especially customer service.

I agree with the rest. Places an order over a month ago and still no news about it's whereabouts. They don't reply to my emails and I start loosing hope I'll ever see the coat I ordered. Wish I read reviews !

I ordered a coat from them 1st time buyer. It is the worst quality clothing I've ever brought online. The stitching is all messed up. It's all wrinkled and puckered from mis-stitching. I basically just gave them $50.00 for nothing. I'll never buy from them again. I usually read the reviews prior to a purchase. But unfortunately this time I did not. Trust the reviews !!!!!!!

I paid for 2 items totaling to 75 dollars on March 15, it is now April 24th I reached out to them 3 times and all they keep saying is they haven't even processed my order yet but once they process my order they will supposedly rush my order!!! I will never order from a fake a$$ company like this
again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not impressed wh the reviews,Wish i would have read them prior to purchase.Luckly I purchased through paypal,they guarantee that i'll recieve my products or ill be refund! Then after over 3 months when I finally recieved it even after ordering each size 2x larger then my normal ordering size,they still were way to small!! The size suck and they just dont make large sizes even if they give the option.I ordered 3 items all different sizes and they all fit the same awwww lol,ridiculous!!!! Oh AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, THE ITEMS ATE NEVER IDENTICAL TO PICTURES!!!!!

Only 1 star because I have to. This company sucks!!! Ordered in January and I still cannot get my items. They say they are not made anymore but still show up for sale on their website. Will not give a refund but does offer a voucher for other items. Then you can’t even get the voucher from them to use. Buyer beware!!! I just wish my husband had read reviews before buying from them the first time!

Ripped off

I ordered $102.52 of stuff on february 28th and have still not recieved my orrder... I have demanded my money back NUMEROUS TIMES and they are refusing,.ThIEVES

They are thieves and if this virus reaches them I pray it wipes out everything they hold dear. Enjoy spending other people’s money in the end it will catch up with you. People like you will always reach the end first. Not even real people as I understand. People like me call intestinal baggage like you, next.🙂

Ordered an item from this company two months in advance Before Christmas of 2019. It is now the end of March 2020 and still have not received any item or reply in regards to where the item is or whether I am able to have a refund. When submitting an email to request a refund the email is never fully submitted and once it is they return a reply stating that your refund cannot be given. I believe this company is a total rip-off and buyers should beware

Chicshes.com deserves no star but I had to add to write my review. The only thing that is nice is their attractive website but website service does not work except only to place the order. I ordered a winter coat in early January 2020 & still did not get the coat after 2 months. They reply to my e- mail stating the item is in pre-sale. They offer me to get something else but NO WAY. They have not refunded me the cost although it was paid. They offer different options like small $ voucher & get new item . No way just a trap to buy more & don’t get the item or refund. Do not fall for this company because you will lose money . ALWAYS REVIEW new website/ new to you . Read reviews . All that I read on them is BAD. Do not fall prey to this scam company from China.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY... Very poor customer service. Placed an order for a coat, on Dec 6, 2019. I was notified 3 days later, it was out of stock. I was asked if I wanted a credit or refund. I clearly asked for a REFUND. Have you received it??? Cause I haven't either. It's like pulling teeth to get my money back. No one will give me the number to corporate, (isn't one) I keep receiving emails advising it has been expedited, however, today is Feb 20, 2020 still don't have it. Ain't nothing expeditious about that.

It took a month to receive my order. By the time I got it, I didn’t need it. I did not even open the package. I returned it to the them and they refused it. They now claim it is in “alert” status with the United States Postal Service and I need to contact them. This company is completely unethical and cannot be trusted. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
