How can a company get away with this taken money and how am i supposed to get the money back

This should read 0 stars. Ordered on 02.01.25. Not arrived and they have ignored 2 emails from me chasing up order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Absolute scammers will take your money and not deliver the goods purchased. Ordered in December and spend £40 - never received my items. I’ve emailed them & made contact on social media and had no response.

Item was damaged during delivery, have tried to contact them via email 3 times and have had no reply. Scammers company, avoid at all costs

Ordered 4 items all to be framed in September… emailed 4 times as my order seems to have disappeared!!! It’s January and I’m still waiting. Disgusting!!!!!

When I first placed the order I made contact and never received a response.
I’ve had the items stored away for sometime and just opened them now to hang and both frames are damaged even though they are well wrapped.
And the printing of the words is really poor for the price I paid. It isn’t very sharp, it looks like a cheap digital print.

If I could give Chic Prints 0 out of 5 I would. I ordered a framed print on 5th October for my daughter’s birthday on 23rd October. Delivery was meant to be 5 to 7 working days. After not receiving any dispatch notification and the item being overdue, I emailed the company on 20th October to enquire whether it had been sent. No response. I emailed again on 21st October asking for confirmation the item had been sent and if not I wanted a refund. No response. Thankfully I paid for this on my credit card so I contacted my credit card company on 22nd October and requested the payment was reversed as I’d not received the item and Chic Prints weren’t responding. That was done the same day. I then got an automated email from Chic Prints on 23rd October saying the item had been dispatched, but no response to my other emails, even though the transaction was reversed on 22nd October. An Evri tracking number was provided but unsurprisingly, as of 26th October, Evri has not yet received the item from Chic Prints. Terrible customer service from Chic Prints and I can see from others’ reviews this is not an isolated incident. I will never order from this company again and I implore anyone reading this to follow mine and others’ advice and avoid Chic Prints at all costs.

Item arrived 2 weeks late with a damaged frame and poor quality print, I have been chasing a refund for 7 weeks with no response. avoid at all costs.

They take your money and disappear!
So I ordered 9 days ago and had an email saying I would be contacted when my item was dispatched… 9 days later.. no email from them. I have emailed them 5 times asking when it will be dispatched and then asking for a refund… and guess what… no response!
Im going to go through my bank and get my money back, awful company, awful customer service, taken my money and no order!

Terrible
Low quality product simply look like photocopy paper and put in cheap frame. What was worse is I paid for three prints and I received two, I have been messaging calling and emailing the company for nearly 2months and not want bit of reply or communication back. Disgusting

It seems I have fallen for what appears to be a scam also. I wish I had read the reviews. £54 spent and not taken delivery of my order and there is no response to my emails. Time to contact my bank and try to recover the money. How do Trading Standards let companies like this operate!

Terrible service, pound shop quality of frame and print. Paid £25 for something that I could have done myself but as it was a present for a friend, I wanted something quality. Zero communication from anyone; refund policy is clear on their website but unable to do this as they do not reply. Now 30 days have passed I am reporting to Trading Standards. I hope others do the same and we can get refunds, and even have them closed down for scamming people

Ordered on 24th September, chased on 5th October and on 10th October I still haven’t had a response despite sending a message on Instagram too. Still waiting Chic Prints…

ordered shows as delivered on Tracking service, but not actually received. I have emailed the company on several occasions and not received any response. They were happy enough to accept my order and take my money, but have not provided the goods. Their customer service and complaints department seem to be non existent. AVOID this company like the plague!!!

Stay clear, took an age to arrive. Frame was damaged have emailed twice no reply. Now asking my bank to refund the money as items not as advertised

Really good range of posters to choose from, delivered quickly and very high quality product. Very happy😊

Really poor service. Order took ages to arrive and when it did come, I was sent some of the wrong items. Emailed to ask for replacement but no Reply. Quality is really poor. Could’ve done something similar on a home printer would not recommend. I’m looking for refund through PayPal

The order took 3 weeks to arrive and when it did the frame was broken.

No telephone number to contact them in, emails have remained unanswered and I’m left with a broken framed print with no way of getting a refund
