Order has still not arrived after…
Order has still not arrived after ordering 9/26 and it’s 10/25. When someone from customer service finally got back to me in English, they sent me a tracking number and a website with a “hotline” phone number to contact that does not exist. So unfortunate I looked at this very site before trusting to buy and there are all these fake reviews.

when our order arrived the fit was not correct. We contacted Chicnery and they responded the same day . They immediately shipped the new item out.
