SCAMS caught phone with top performance arrived completely different. Made a complaint asking for a refund but they are good at wasting your time and making fun of you.
Dangerous and scammers

Another fraudulent chinese company. To commence with the phone turned on but would not accept an Australian SIM. Received a patch from the company, but the phone then froze and went into showing settings in Chinese only. Unable to sort out the phone so sent it back. Received a delivered notice from tracking, but no correspondence from ChicMiya. I have been bombarding them with emails, but no reply nor phone now. Lost phone and money now. Another Chinese SCAM company.

Very bad . The item is not exactly as described on the web site. No answer when you ask for return and refund. Don't buy anything.

Very bad customer service. I have purchase the Q18 XT2500 Pro Global Smartphone Helio X30 Android 8.1 6GB+128GB Waterproof 6580mAh Mobile Phone. I am emailing them with problems since the 2nd of march and they still haven't rectify the problems. The phone is keep crashing and freezing don't be con from them it don't worth the money they charge for it. The power supply and cable it came with it is not working and when i email the their reply it was (Dear customer, replace the power adapter), they didn't even offer a replacement. I end up buying a new adapter and cable. The last email i send them was the 7th of april still awaiting for their reply. This is the email i keep sending them but no reply from them.

Problems with the phone
The charger and the cable are not working. (Need replacement)

The phone is keep freezing and it give me the error msg app could not be loaded or is stop working and then the phone is unresponsive.

The battery it don, last even 9hrs.
I am very disappointed and your service is very slow.

The site is complete fraud. I pay 149$ via Paypal only because I was able to pay with PP. I fell secure, but I was wrong. With some delay I finally receive the package, but phone was not in - just a bag of white sand.
When I turned for help to PayPal, I did not get any satisfaction and lost my money. They preferred the tracking number of the package as a proof that the Chicmiya is legit and suggested that I go to police to file report. In my country police don't speak or write english and go to them I will look like total fool that ordered and pay in advance to china. Plus we have big trouble with Corona virus and I would hate bother them with a such crap. OK, lost 149$ - it's a scam and Paypal will not be on your site. The site as of today is still proudly showing - accepting Paypal
Btw: shipping tracking number is not good proof as anyone can ship carbage to obtain one. Big scam!

chicmiya is a fraud company .ordered phone with thermal kamera .-the send something ells ,cheap crap ..no refund no taking back item .dont answere mail or phone ..save you money dont bye anything from the ..scam !
my return package is still on chinese custom office -they dont pick it up !
