Great shopping experience
The website is easy to navigate with lots of wonderful clothes available. The size chart is helpful too and I find sizes run true. Checkout was good and delivery was timely and I was advised every step of the way.

Totally fed up with chicladdy No refund received
I returned an item at the end of June the tracking no is df245598964gb delivered back to company on28/06 2022 . As of today I have not received my refund even though they have received the item. I have sent an email but they haven’t had the decency to acknowledge it. No communication whatsoever from them. Very disappointed.I will be handing all details to my credit card company for them to deal with it .I’m totally fed up with this company

Canceled my order before it was…
Canceled my order before it was processed because it had been 6 days and they still hadn't even processed the items. Now they put my order on hold and won't send or refund my card. Horrible service. Non responsive. Don't shop here. Order nbr ch4221488116. Placed on August 4th. Yes you contacted me than said I never replied which I did immediately and 7 times after with no response. There is no excuse for a pre shipment canceled order to take this long to refund and have all emails ignored completely. Now they say a problem with my refund to card. They will send the refund to my PayPal. Again do not use this company

Bad accounting and poor quality
I finally got my package and the clothes I had ordered was not at all as expected so I wanted a refund. It was not possible to let it go through there website so I had to write them directly from an old email address I had from another time. I made an order for 955 kr, they refunded me 158 kr of the 955 kr. because 1 item was out of stock.
They offered me to keep the items instead of sending them back and refund me 40 % of the full amount which was 796,- after they already had refunded me 158 kr for the item which was out of stock. So now they have send me an email that they have refunded med 195 kr. ??? But the refund should me more than double ...
I mean .. am I the only one who can not get this accounting to fit with 40 % of 796 kr. ??
They have refunded me for 2 items now .. not all 3 items and the price is somehow lower than the original price I have paid. I paid 263kr each and I got a discount so it ended with taxes and shipping on 955kr which is the amount they dragged from my credit card they have now refunded me for 2 items but to a lower price 40% of 211kr instead of 263kr each how they work this out I don’t know???
By the way the received items is in poor quality and for no use really but its easier to keep them instead and paying for shipping again .. maybe they expect people to do that ...

I am very mad because i send my order…
I am very mad because i send my order back and i am still waiting for my money, since september of 2021. Every time i send an Email i get the answer they had a problem with the bank or something they asjed ifbi can open a PayPal account so the can pay it thee, i did but still don't get my money. They say i will get it before 31 march. But i still don't have it. They stolen my money. I get an answer from them on the 27 of April but i am still waiting for my money. The answer that i get is the same answer i get for 8 times or something. So i don't think they are going to pay my money back.
