Updated: Today I made -1- transaction and they are trying to process it twice. I am attempting to see if they will send it back. I am not hopeful

The exchange of funds went well, but when I selected the etransfer method of payment, no password was issued to me and it was quite difficult to get in touch with a representative to advise me of the password to deposit the funds into my account.

Been dealing with Chicks for years, never been an issue. Literally 0 issues. Even small ones are ironed out immediately.
I usually dont leave reviews but I really never had to go elsewhere for years and I am pretty grateful for them being there. Again, never had an issue at all with them. Would recommend to my own mother.
