DID NOT PROCESS MY ORDER, KEPT MY FUNDS FOR HOURS
Mario A is the biggest lying scumbag out there. I sent my payment, not only does he tell customers that their whoel process is "automatic" but he blatently lies about when he sends funds.
Sat there and waited 4 hours for an order to go through, only to find out that he didnt even send the funds.
Everytime i deal with them its a 4 hour wait. If you want good service go to another exchange, this place sucks. Absolute garbage.

24h customer service is a joke. When someone finally decides to respond there is about 50 min plus between each response to my questions and receiving instructions or a reply
