They advertise as lowest fees but that is b*~#l! I did a couple of smaller purchases through etransfer which was ok but when I wanted a larger amount I did a wire transfer. It took almost a month to process and then the took 20% off for compliance fees and other fees. There is no where on the site that states those amounts! Then when I emailed to inquire what was happening they just ghosted me and didn’t answer back. Don’t deal with ChicksX for any big amounts.

I love using these guys. The setup process was super quick, and deposits and withdrawals through e-transfer are fast and easy. I highly recommend them. I also love all the storefront locations they’re opening up — it makes buying and selling incredibly convenient.

DID NOT PROCESS MY ORDER, KEPT MY FUNDS FOR HOURS
Mario A is the biggest lying scumbag out there. I sent my payment, not only does he tell customers that their whoel process is "automatic" but he blatently lies about when he sends funds.
Sat there and waited 4 hours for an order to go through, only to find out that he didnt even send the funds.
Everytime i deal with them its a 4 hour wait. If you want good service go to another exchange, this place sucks. Absolute garbage.

The exchange of funds went well, but when I selected the etransfer method of payment, no password was issued to me and it was quite difficult to get in touch with a representative to advise me of the password to deposit the funds into my account.

I had a large sum of money to buy Crypto, the only way to do that was through an exchange company. ChicksX is close to where I live, so I chose them after I checked out their 4.4/5 business rating. They have a friendly staff who answered all my questions and reassured me through the process. I continue to give them my business and will recommend them to my friends . The ratings are real

I needed to change 4 thousand U.S
I needed to change 4 thousand U.S. into Cdn, but there were not enough Canadian dollars available.
Part of the Cdn dollars was a 100 pack of 5 dollars bills. The money counter machine counted 100, but at the B.of Nova Scotia one block away counted 99, one short. The bank ran them through more than once.
I phoned your West Van store and I was told to come in and I would receive a 5 dollar bill. So, all is well.

Redeemable factors:
They are open 7 days a week and from super early to super late (but note their closing operations begin around 9:15-9:30pm), so this is very convenient for folks working.
They also take multiple forms of payment, including credit and debit card, which other crypto places do not offer.
