Got banned 4 hours after buying the gold.

Everything good !

I’ve purchased billions of GP through ChicksGold over time, but never again. I paid extra for their supposedly “safe delivery”, yet they still delivered using a low-level account. My account subsequently received an RWT ban and had wealth confiscated.

After raising a support ticket, their response was to offer me a laughable 2.5% discount on my next order.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Years of progress put at risk, and that’s their solution.

Believe the negative reviews. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Avoid.

So the service went well, but thats not the point, it costs much cheaper than other websites and services, but still think to yourself before you actually get something like that.

I have made a purchase i tried purchasing pixel worlds currency bytecoins by the time i was buying them they were selling it for 0.18$ i bought them and the customer suppor ttold me that the waiting will take sometime due to high volume of orders. I have waited for 2-3 hours just to get a reply that the price that (the own company that was selling the currency and their own price that they have added in to their website for all to see) was too low and they have offered me a refund. I thought that the refund will take some shorter time now i have waited for 13-14 hours for my refund that i still havent received. The funniest thing is that their website has changed the price to 0.195$ per one thousand when i asked the customer support during conversation how much could i receive for my money ( it was an order for 32.25$) they said 90k that is equal to 17.75$, but their new price showed 0.195 that is really messed up. I tried contacting the support the funnies thing is that the guy that was helping me at first connected to help me and started to talk bad about him self telling me as if i havent noticed i was talking to him (oh i have seen that the employee was uncomprahensive) wdym by that. I wouldnt recommend using their site it is not following customer policies and are lying to their customers. I have been the one who got burnt not them. (I still havent got my refund and wasted my time). The customer support agent is (Oscar. A)

They didn't have the huge in stock so they compensated me with gems instead equal to the value of the huge but the huge is more rare so I feel that the gems weren't enough value

Had a rather large order to fulfil which took almost 2 weeks to complete (due to trade limitations) but I had the amazing team of Karim, Gissel, Ryan & Fatima complete the order and quickly and sufficiently as possible. After a slight hiccup towards the end, they were very understanding of my POV on something and had no issues going back to complete my initial order. Great team, great communication, will definitely be back with another order.
