Their online products are pleasantly attractive and their online promos are irresistible to pass on so, I ordered two items from them. I cannot give a full satisfaction comment yet as of now till, I received my much awaited orders.

The Jewelry is beautiful and as long as you don't let anyone touch it, no one could tell it's not real. However, it is too light. One can only wear it if you know no one would ask to touch it. So you can not wear it with family or close friends.
Also It took over a month to receive.

To be honest the purchase was somewhat difficult. I'll know more and have a more accurate assessment when I See and Wear my Ring.

Made an order 3/28 and have well exceeded the 15 day mark for production. I’ve emailed and messaged on IG they take forever to reply. When they finally do reply they say “Thank you for being patient and waiting.” I’m posting on here because I see they actually reply. Please send my order and email me tracking details. This ridiculous, I’m hoping the quality is good based on the wait.

I bought a necklace from this website and had a very bad experience — they are scammers. First of all, my order arrived 3 weeks late, and it was meant to be a birthday gift for my girlfriend. Because of the delay, I had to find something else last minute.

The quality of the necklace was extremely cheap, and when I tried to return it, they told me I had to pay for shipping and customs duties. I agreed, but after that, they stopped responding to my messages completely. I ended up losing $160 on something that looks and feels very low-quality.

On top of that, they’re not professional at all.

If you want to waste your money and get scammed, go ahead and place an order. Otherwise, stay away.

Never shipped out order. Asked for cancellation and refund. They never replied. Disputed charge with banking. They finally contacted me and said they would only refund my money if I cancelled the dispute with my bank.

Easy to order and the quality looks great. Can’t wait to get this ring.

Waited forever for jewelry . It's nice but they sent wrong ring & wrong size on the other. Only way they respond is if you write on here

I'll give you 5 star for now , but the problem is I was owercharged for $45.39 with my order and I hope you will resolve this problem before I report it as a fraud . Please take care this problem . Rest of things I hope I will get my order on time .

SCAM! I ordered a 7 carat emerald cut ring and 6 weeks later I received a tiny emerald cut pinky ring. I told them I received the WRONG ring. Complaint went unanswered for weeks. A response was finally received and told me the correct ring was sent. I asked for a return label a week ago, with no response. Phone number and USA address on their webpage is fake.

Horrible experience, I brought a ring with a beautiful pink sapphire, when I received, the color of the stone was red, im trying to communicate with them to return the ring and I don't receive response and I see they delete the bad reviews in their website! I have the screen shot!
Be careful people

I ordered on February 8th thinking it would arrive 7-14 days in USA. I was wrong. I reached out to chicher via email on March 11th because nothing came. They responded on March 12th saying it was shipped out. Turns out it was some shipping company name Yunexpress from China. With the tariffs USPS isn't tacking packages from China. I have not received my ring what a mess. No number to call to find out what happened. Smells fishy
Don't get scammed people.
