I am delighted with the sweater and cardigans which are stylish, comfortable and lovely and warm in the cold weather. It absolutely lived up to my expectation and would throughly recommend it.

I bought an off shoulder dress for the summer also a vintage style swimsuit, I liked the quality of the material and the good finishes of both garments, the sizes were correct, I like the style of clothes that is in chicgal.
I enjoy their offers💖 that it allows me to get discounts each time I make a purchase and thus save a little more.

I had my doubts about this site because the prices were so less when compared with another.

But the dress I ordered was so cute and the quality was great!
The sizing was as expected. Shipping was also on time based on what the site says.
Overall, my first experience with  Chicgal was great and I will be ordering with them again.

Terrible customer service. The items I purchased were of poor quality so I wanted to return them. Despite the return policy they advertise, they have been giving me the runaround since December. I have a couple hundred dollars worth of products that I’ll never use. 2.21.19 Update: they have offered be a 20% refund on their products and refuse a refund despite pictures of the items they sent showing the poor quality.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered suede boots in my usual size. They arrived and are inches smaller than expected and are not suede. I'm not sure what kind of man made material they are buy they smell toxic. I don't even want them in my house. I've been in email contact with their customer service and it's ridiculous. They've asked for pictures of my foot in the boot, a measurement of my foot, and have offered a 20% refund. THEY LIED about both the sizing and the material. They should be shut down. It's like stealing.

I ordered 2 jackets and received an email stating that I wasn’t home for the delivery and would be charged $100 for a return delivery
