DO NOT BUY . FRAUD company. Cheap china. They have added uk to tjeir web site but are from china. If u look on Temu they have stolen many of their dress images as well as other site. What u receive is nothing like the pic. Cheap fabric , horrible stiching and bad customer service. FRAUD. Avoid @ all cost. I did a mistake of ordering with out checking reviews. I paid a good price for it.

Do not buy from this company! I ordered a dress in September 2025, it is now Jan 2026. I never received dress. The email reply from customer services tells me “You must address this with your local post office. We do not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered.” The Royal Mail website states it must be the sender who contacts them. No item and no refund. I bought from this company as they say they are in London. They are not. Shipped from China.

This cost me £28 to send back - the original item was £44.95. Ordered 1st October and still unresolved 13th December .. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

This is definitely a scam company and I have reported them to my bank to get a return of funds. I sent the item back to China at my expense as I was determined not to let it go and as others have said they are telling me that it is stuck in customs in China! I am also trying to get a chargeback on my postage as that was also on my credit card, I hope I am successful . Wish I had read reviews before but it sounded like a kosher company with London in the title.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY -IF I COULD SCORE MINUS ON THIS REVIEW I WOULD - - the name they use makes you think they are in London - they are not - they are based in CHINA .
My order was nothing like the pictures shown - very cheap and substandard .
Very difficult to get any response by customer services . It would cost me as much as my order cost to send the items back to CHINA . So am in a lose , lose situation.
PLEASE DO NOT GET CAUGHT OUT - my lose is your gain . 😞

Has anyone actually managed to complete a return with this company?? I’ve been trying for the last week and keep getting offered stupid alternatives like I can keep the product (in the wrong size) and get 15% of my money back. Why on earth would I want to keep it if it’s the wrong size? It’s also terrible quality, wish I’d have looked at the reviews before I wasted £60. Seems I won’t be getting that back, absolute scam.

Scam of a company. AVOID Not uk based and the item ordered resembles NOTHING like the picture. Smelled toxic and looked vile. If you want to return you have to pay to send it back to China! They will not refund you. Max refund I was offered was 60% in less returned which would cost as much as the item! Customer service just repeat the same thing and you get nowhere. Luckily I paid on my credit card and they refunded me through charge back. AVOID AVOID AVOID

This company is a fraud, false advertising as they show very good quality clothing then when it shows up it’s made from polyester fabric, luckily I managed get a refund from my credit card , as they want you to send it back to somewhere in china ?? They are called chaira London??. Please read everyone’s reviews and avoid like the plague

Like everyone else wish I had read the reviews, terrible company, total 100% false advertising, believed it to be a London based company only to find out when I received the item the quality of the coat I'd ordered was terrible so thin and cheap looking, wanted to return the coat and found out the company is based in China and it looks like I have to return it to an address in China which will cost me nearly as much as the coat which was £40, please please do not use this company

Really bad quality dress and when I tried to return the product they asked for a video or photo of me in the dress. I refused to do this and then they tried to get me to pay 10 pounds so they can send another dress in a different size. Email is clearly chat GBT based and the returns process is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

Do not use this company. Everything about it is bad. The products, the service. It is a Chinese company and not London - they should be sued for false advertising. The quality of the clothes is extremely poor - they advertised cotton pjs when they were not made of cotton. They make returns SO hard to do...maybe even impossible as I've not yet been able to get a returns form out of them. DO NOT USE.

Terrible. I have wasted £35 on what looked like a lovely cardigan, it is dreadful - I have been well and truly ripped off. Terrible quality and nothing like the picture on the website. I will never use this awful company again and advise others not to use them.

Absolutely. Rubbish. I thought it was a London base company. Not China. I tried to cancel my purchase. Which they said. It was too late. And it was on its way. Over 2 weeks later arrived in a very small plastic. Package. I did not open it. I just wanted to return it back. They keep sending me messages regarding my return. Still have not sent me details for returning the small package. My order was a fur coat. No way what was in the parcel was a coat. Please please do not buy from this Company

The most awful quality garment. How could they possibly think that what they sent me resembled in any way what was shown on their website!! It was supposed to be a beautiful cream cashmere tailored jacket, which I would have expected would have arrived nicely folded inside a proper clothing bag. Instead, after 3 weeks' waiting, a package was delivered at 10pm to my front garden. Inside was the most disgusting rolled up piece of material, nothing like the colour or type of material promised. To add insult to injury, all returns to China are at a personal cost to me! Big mistake using this company. And huge lessons learned.... what you see is NOT what you get.

DONT USE! I’m appalled by the service. Dresses arrived a week late, I contacted them about how to return and they have made it so difficult. Still going back and forth with them! sSuch a joke

SCAM company!! Very poor quality dress, arrived late, asked me to sent a video of me wearing the dress when I said it didn't fit and didn't suit me ! WEIRD! Also refused to refund me unless I returned it to China after offering me a swap for something else or a 15% discount to keep it ! Like everyone else, I should have read the reviews - am sending their details to trading standards.

I wish I had looked at Trust Pilot before making a purchase via facebook link. I was also swept in by great pictures and a UK based company with delivery in a week. Not the case as delivery was over 3 weeks and the product horrible quality and i will never wear. Started the return immediatly to find bloody Chineese company with return policy to China. Fake advertising from name to photos. Gave up fighting with them in the end, gave jacket to homeless person

The dress I ordered was terrible quality and very badly made. Not like the picture and description when I bought it. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this company. They say they’re in London but goods come from china. Wat a waste of time and money
