Chester & Cooke Reviews

So impressed with the hat rack purchased for my husbands anniversary. Really great quality, and fantastic customer service. Thank you, I will be back when he has more hats!

What a beautiful name plaque Chester & Cooke made for our horse Ellie. My daughter loved choosing the personalised touches and we are both delighted with the finished result. Highly recommended :-)

Fabulous products from a lovely family run business. I ordered a name plaque for my horse, it’s wonderful quality and looks amazing on his door. Great customer service and fast delivery - thank you so much Chester & Cooke. I have ordered from the company previously and will continue to order from them. 100% recommend!!

Great product, fast delivery

Thank you so much for my lovely welly rack! I spent a long time thinking about how to tidy up our boot room and this has done the job and looks perfect. A pleasure to deal with this company and I would definitely use them again.

I ordered a sign for my husbands new greenhouse vi Etsy, it was created and delivered quickly, the quality is really nice and he is really pleased. Would recommend to others.

We purchased a dog bed via Etsy. It came much faster than expected and the quality is great, it even arrived with a small gift for our dog too. Would highly recommend and will be using again

Fast, efficient and friendly service and a well made product.

I ordered a name plate for a stable door from them and I was amazed with the quality and service. Would highly recommend

I've just purchased the Seed box from Chester & Cooke as a gift for a dear friend. All other reviews commented on the quality of the product. They weren't kidding! Its superb, very substantial and robust but so deliciously gorgeous. It was well worth the price.
The service was excellent. I ordered the box on Monday afternoon and the seller kindly hand delivered it to my home, as they're located in the same city as me, the next morning! They even refunded the postage!
I can't recommend both this product and the company highly enough.

Very easy to order and good delivery.
Been looking for a herb panter for months to go in my new kitchen , it was well worth the wait. Very well made and looks very expensive on my windowsill. Cant recommend it highly enough !

Ordered the kindling box and I just love it. Really well made. Modern but classic. Holds loads and looks great. Delivery and service all excellent. Thanks Liz and team

The boot jack arrived within 2 weeks from the UK to Australia (during COVID). I couldn't be happier with the quality and style of the product. The dog emblem in the centre just sets it off, it brings a smile to my face every time I use it. The leather strap at the top is a great idea to enable it to hang on a hook out of reach of the labradors!

Fantastic boot jack and superb customer service.

Lovely kindling box - I'm extremely pleased with the purchase, well made and delivered ahead of time.

Bought a personalised seed box as a gift. Such a lovely tactile thing which looks great and will have many years of use. I also think it’s worth noting that the communication and contact option via Etsy was very good with a quick response. I can’t speak highly enough of Liz.
