Genuinely interested in helping

The company appears to be genuinely interested in helping its customers, no matter how small they are. I am confident that our telecom costs are significantly lower than if we had been using another supplier.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

was forced to move to this company as they bought out NBC, very rude customer service, having a nightmare with the portal I can't frind the button to raise a ticket the links in the emails don't work i asked to terminate my contract and got ignored.
WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Excellent service

Chess have always provided good service, but this last time was the best, Laura B was professional from start to finish, I sent on a quote to change a contract, and she took her time, she ticked all the boxes I need for my phone and saved me small fortune on my monthly costs, I cannot say in enough words how grateful I am for the service chess has provided, thank you all at chess
