I have checked the availability on WhatsApp first (they answered me in less than 5 minutes, very kindly and professionally).
They delivered the chess set the day after the order, beautifully and very securely packaged.
The box arrived in Italy in 4 working days.

Ordered a marble Chess set and when it arrived I needed to contact Chess Store to inform them of an issue with glue on surface of chess board and velvet on base torn. Phoned but it immediately goes to unable to take your call and asking to leave message which I have done several times. I have also emailed and have still not received any response. Very disappointing and frustrating as it is a gift. Would not recommend using this company.
