Cheqrued fox, is a company i will certainly use again, from start to finish it Was a delightful experience. I was interested in one toy in particular which my son adores, its very sensory based which is essential as he has additional needs. Kate went above and beyond to check the item was in stock and went via the supplier direct to ensure I could get the items that little bit quicker.
Kate knew how much this toy meant to my son and that is what touched me so much.
Kate kept me updated regarding the orders delivery date and the name of the courier company who would deliver.
My order arrived today packaged beautifully.

Chequered Fox is a fantastic company that provides high-quality resources for nurseries to support children learning and development. Their resources are creative, engaging, and very well suited to early years settings.
The owner is extremely kind and dedicated. On this occasion, she personally brought the trike to our nursery by train from Lincoln to London, which truly shows her commitment and care for her customers. This level of service is rare and very much appreciated.

I found Chequered Fox through a Google search while looking for an office chair. The same chair was listed with several large retailers, so I felt confident placing the order directly with them just before Christmas.

I emailed to ask about delivery and received an almost immediate response confirming that DPD would be delivering, along with a tracking number. Delivery was smooth and well communicated.

The chair itself is excellent quality and very good value for money. What really stood out was a follow-up email from their team checking that the chair had arrived and that everything was OK — something I wasn’t expecting and rarely see these days.

Overall, Chequered Fox feels like a hidden gem: a straightforward ordering process, good communication, and quality products. I’d happily use them again and would recommend them without hesitation..
